1: Just fill out your information on our "Quick Sale" Property Form or please feel free to         ring us for advice.

2: Once we receive your details, we then check the location you are in and select from our     Panel, the Top, most reliable Quick House Sale Investor in that area.

3: The UK Panel Investor is contacted and checked to make sure they have the funding in     place to buy your property within the timeframe you need.

4: The Investor will then contact you to discuss an offer on your property and confirm the       date of completion that you want. Whether that is 3 days or 3 months!

           All Your Solicitor's and Survey fees will be paid by the Investor.

5: You are under no obligation to accept the UK Investor Panel's offer but if it is acceptable     to you, the deal will complete within the timeframe you have requested
